No. Our masks are designed for regular everyday use only. 

We recommend you wear your FibraMask® in public settings, particularly when shopping or travelling on a public transport.

Our masks use a multi-layer technology to prevent microorganisms like bacteria and viruses from reproducing, which can drastically reduce the spread of infectious diseases.

Depending on the usage, your FibraMask® will last at least 30 washes. We recommend washing the mask after every daily use to maximize protection. 

After approximately 30 washes, the advantages of copper will be gone but you can continue to use FibraMask® as a regular fabric mask. 

You can easily machine wash and dry your mask. A lot of our customers prefer to buy two masks so that one can be worn while the other is washed.

Absolutely. All our masks are shipped pre-washed, sanitized and air-sealed to guarantee safe delivery.

We recommend buying only from our official website (fibramask.com). This way you can be sure to always get the original FibraMask®.

We ship every business day, directly from Portugal, Europe.

Standard delivery usually takes 5-6 business days to get the order delivered to you. If you choose express delivery, you should have your mask in 1-2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Following our Returns Policy, masks can be returned and exchanged within 30 days if they're unopened and in their original packaging.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for masks that were opened. We take our process very seriously and would never resell a mask that has been opened before.

It's up to you. Since you will have to cover the cost of the return shipment yourself you can select your favorite carrier.

We suggest that you hold on to the tracking number of your shipment in case of problems.

Technically, since the mask is no longer in its original packaging we cannot accept such a return. But don't hesitate to Contact Us and we'll see what we can do for you.
